Air Duct Cleaning Prices

 

The flat rate price list for residential Air Duct cleaning is as follows:

$32.00 per register:  This includes the cleaning of supply air ducts, cold air returns, furnace blower, blades and compartment, main truck lines, plenum and application of sanitizer to main trunk lines.   Call for seasonal pricing specials.

$32.00                  Per register, 10 register minimum

$100.00                Whole house Sealer encapsulate (fire or smoke damage)
$100.00                Whole house Sanitizer (flood or water damage)
$ 50.00 to $75.00 Dryer vent cleaning each (depending on complexity)

$100.00                Additional for second furnace located in standup basement
$125.00                Additional for second furnace located in ceiling or attic
$100.00                Additional if main furnace is located under home or in crawl space not stand up basements.

Commercial air duct cleaning is estimated via on-site bid.

Restoration contractors can use Xactimate software for billing.
